This award will recognise initiatives that demonstrate
active efforts to widen the talent pool by encouraging
and facilitating applications from candidates with
diverse backgrounds including ethnicity, age, gender,
disability and those on the neurodiversity spectrum.
Judges will be looking for equal opportunities across
the entire recruitment process, particularly in the removal
of all bias from candidate interview and assessment, and
will look for clearly articulated communication with all
recruitment stakeholders, including hiring managers.
